WHAT WE OFFER As our Head of Total Rewards US, you'll be the strategic architect behind our comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. You'll partner with senior leadership to design innovative solutions that align with our business objectives while ensuring our employees feel valued and rewarded for their contributions. You will have overall responsibility for strategy and administration of the compensation, benefits, payroll, leaves, immigration and relocation functions within HR that touch 2,500 employees in the USA. Reporting directly to the Vice President and Head of Human Resources - U.S., you'll also collaborate closely with the Head of Compensation & Benefits for Covestro AG in Leverkusen, Germany, ensuring alignment between local and global strategies.
