A Brief Overview The Business Development Coordinator serves as the administrative backbone of the business development team. This role handles a broad spectrum of operational tasks, including lead analysis, CRM data entry, RFP vetting, and general administrative support, ensuring that all business development efforts are efficiently tracked and executed.
What you will do
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate, timely data from lead generation and client interactions.
- Conduct lead analysis and assist in identifying high-potential prospects.
- Vet incoming RFPs to ensure alignment with company capabilities and strategic goals.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the business development team.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinates conference schedules, event registrations, and sponsorships; keeps track of attendees and manages related logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution Preferred
- 1-3 years' Experience in sales Required
- Solid understanding and knowledge of business development efforts, its users, and marketing/sales.
- Strategic planning skills.
- Requires an innovative, highly motivated individual, who is detail oriented, self-starter who takes initiative and can coordinate with a team.
- Ability to motivate internal and external parties and coordinate efforts to achieve internal goals.
- Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and industry professionals.
- DL NUMBER - Driver's License, Valid and in State Must have a valid Driver's License Required
Compensation We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The hiring range for this position is generally between $(Pending) to $(Pending), exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience. In addition to these factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the general Hiring Range for the role. Hiring at the top of the range is reserved for exceptionally qualified candidates. We consider internal and external factors as a part of every final offer.
