Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Support of business initiatives and exposure to leaders across the enterprise Provide both business support and back up administrative support Participate in meetings and note takeaways and action items to support efficiency and accountability Create a consistent project progress report to bundle all major updates and watch items Assist with strategic projects and the creation of presentations and analysis Communicate with leaders to gather/convey relevant information Prepare and maintain a team 'look ahead' calendar of internal and external events, key deadlines, etc. Requirements: Strong communication, time management and organizational skills Committed, resilient, and able to respond positively when demands are high Able to work in a high-pressure environment with occasionally conflicting priorities Strong eye for detail, be a team player, have excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization, as well as externally Advanced skills in Outlook and MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively under pressure and with time constraints Strong written and verbal communication skills Exemplary work ethic and can-do approach Ability to learn quickly and handle new responsibilities Ability to think proactively and balance multiple needs and requests Polished professional with strong written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels and able to adapt to diverse perspectives and styles Ability to always maintain confidentiality Ability to process new tasks quickly and effectively Individual motivation to excel and capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Desired skills: SharePoint design and development experience Experience with Ariba, eRequest, ARM, Concur, Workday, WebEx Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot tables, VLookUp, Conditional Formatting, etc.) Domain knowledge of banking and financial applications Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
