Mission Contribution : Provide direction, job training, supervision, and support for assigned location to ensure efficient operations to maximize revenues for Mission services. Summary: Responsible for efficient and cost-effective operations of assigned location ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Essential Functions:
- Supervise and maintain assigned location including personnel, property, and equipment while meeting all safety requirements.
- Safely and properly load and unload trailers.
- Receive and maintain certification for forklift operations.
- Receive and maintain CPR Certification
- Managers all Accounts-Payable according to approved selling requirements established by COO, CFO, and VP of donated Goods.
- Ensures accurate daily reporting of inventories from each facility. Submits reports in a timely manner.
- Conducts safety and maintenance inspections periodically of each facility to verify compliance with regulations and standards.
- Maintain required records for inventory and invoicing needs.
- Completion of monthly inspections and safety trainings
- Communicate to management any equipment defects, maintenance issues, or damages immediately to immediate supervisor.
- Provide world-class customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Coordinate and oversee local business donor pickups in assigned areas.
- Always use proper PPE where and when appropriate as trained.
- Exhibit actions and behaviors that are in alignment with Goodwill's core values to Serve, Lead, Include, Mentor, Excel.

- Donor value and transaction value should increase.
- Profits or ROI should increase.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to perform basic math skills.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to develop, provide, and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, team members, customers, and clients.
Training and Experience:
- One year certificate from college or technical school preferred. Three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the warehouse space.
- Ability to bend, pull, or reach.
- Able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 pounds. Over 40 pounds, assistance from another team member is needed.
- Ability to perform tasks that require repetitive motion. Manual dexterity is required.
Special Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required to drive personal car on company business.
- Works nights and/or weekends as required.
