THE ROLE Our site in Colorado Springs, CO - Rockrimmon is seeking a/an Chemical Engineering Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. What You'll Do Hands-on work in the processes of the new UPE membrane manufacturing line. Working on documentation needs, such as IQ, OQ, SAT plans and reports, spare parts, etc. Performing membrane tests or other engineering tests as needed. Data mining from process data and test data of the similar processes in MA and from new processes here in CO. Collecting, organizing, and analyzing engineering data from tests and experiments. Generating reports of experiments as necessary. Attending technical meetings on project planning, experiment design, discussion of results. Collaborating with cross-functional departments to support project related activities. What We Seek Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills is required. Candidates must be detail oriented. A high level of organization and the ability to handle multiple tasks is desired. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills are preferred. Comfortable working independently, as well as on a team Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year and Sophomore at an accredited University is required. Candidates must be actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of a co-op/internship assignment pursuing a bachelor's, master's or PHD degree in chemical engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Chemistry. Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required. Eligibility Must be a currently enrolled student Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June. Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Why Work at Entegris Lead. Inspire. Innovate.
