As the Commercial Development Manager for Advanced Therapy Solutions - Northeast, you will drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships across the Greater Boston area. This strategic, results-focused role requires effective territory management, deep customer engagement, and skilled use of Salesforce (SFDC) to support sales execution and planning.
You will lead efforts to expand Sartorius' presence in the Cell, Gene, DNA/RNA markets by promoting our Advanced Therapy Solutions portfolio to biopharma, biotech, CDMO, academic, and hospital accounts. Success in this role will depend on your ability to understand complex customer needs, communicate product value clearly, and identify new business opportunities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop targeted sales strategies and stay current with industry trends to fuel sustained growth. Salary range is $105,000-$125,000 (depending on experience, skill set, education and location), plus up to 30% Sales incentive plan, and a car allowance.
