The Sales Operations Analyst will partner with Pharmacy Network Solutions Sales Executives and Account Management Leaders to provide support through the sales process and ensure smooth and effective operations. They strive to ensure Sales Executives can maximize their time selling by implementing effective sales processes, optimizing existing processes and working in alignment with matrix partners to ensure Sales team members are set up for success. The Operations Analyst also partners with the Sales team to provide the right tools and resources to engage with prospects, launch prospecting initiatives, close deals effectively, and drive growth. This role serves as a connector to matrix partners, prioritizes key collaboration opportunities and reinforces best practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

Leader Support - Partner with sales, account management, and product leaders to support wider team initiatives and goals and to support day-to-day needs for BU Leader

  • Take on assigned or proactively suggest initiative/project work related to the sales and account management teams
  • Partner with the Market Enablement Leader to support preparation of key metrics, analysis and reports for team performance
    • Support leader on key team meetings and follow up as needed; QBRs, Growth reporting updates, etc.
    • Oversight of forecast collection and alignment to Salesforce
    • Reinforce and cascade information across the team. Connection point to centralized best practices, capabilities and initiatives (i.e., SFGO, Edge, Win/Loss, Exec Relationship Tracking, SF Best Practices)

Team Support - Partner with Solution Sales Executives and Account Management to support the day-to-day business activities and sales cycle around their key deals

  • Take on assigned or proactively suggest initiative/project work related to the sales and account management teams
  • Partner with the Market Enablement Leader to support preparation of key metrics, analysis and reports for team performance
    • Support leader on key team meetings and follow up as needed; QBRs, Growth reporting updates, etc.
    • Oversight of forecast collection and alignment to Salesforce

Process Optimization & Initiatives - Optimize existing processes and remove barriers to success to ensure Sales and Account Management team members are set up for success, stewarding enterprise initiatives of associated resources, tools, best practices, and methodologies

  • Analyze and evaluate the current sales processes, identifying inefficiencies, barriers or gaps and suggest improvements with specific timelines
  • Training/Playbook Build-out: partners with Product & provides support for sales and account management training and methodology needs
  • Pharmacy rhythm of the business operations: materials development, action item follow-up, coordination for meetings to reduce operational burden on Market-facing staff
  • SOP development support: tracking & maintenance of client activity dashboards

  • Establish process and codify structure of materials to create consistency across initiatives and allow for best practice sharing across teams

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 5+ years of experience with project management experience, sales, client management, client support or market research
  • 2+ years of experience working in a team environment
  • 2+ years of experience with a customer centric approach
  • 2+ years of experience developing reports, analyzing data, and making determinations based on findings
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Intermediate proficiency with various CRM tools, specifically Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience navigating through a sales cycle/sales process from beginning to end
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Proven ability to effectively manage your time while working on several competing priorities

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
