Position Summary
Under supervision of Project PI, manages multiple initiatives of
broad institutional significance under the umbrella of the multifaceted National
Virtual Quantum Laboratory (NQVL) Quantum Computing Applications of Photonics (QCAP)
project. The project, funded by NSF Cooperative Agreement, consists of a set of
closely related subprojects and associated activities. Plans and coordinates
the day-to-day fiscal, administrative, and operational activities of the NQVL
QCAP project. Maintains responsibility of the appropriate use of programmatic
funds within the parameters of the award, amounting to $2 million per year
during the Design Phase. Evaluates progress in subprojects for conformance to
established goals and objectives. Duties include assisting with grant planning
and administration, fiscal, budgetary, and/or other associated transactions,
project implementation and administration, internal and external
operational/administrative liaison, project marketing, annual town hall
organization and making travel arrangements for the participants, and preparation
of reports. This is a term position limited to the performance period of the
NQVL QCAP award.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
