About the Role The Marketing Strategy & Operations Associate Managerwill play a key role in the BetMGM Marketing team, supporting strategic marketing initiatives and a variety of cross-functional programs and projects across BetMGM. As Marketing Strategy & Operations Associate Manager you will support and contribute to the execution of strategic marketing initiatives for BetMGM's dynamic portfolio of brands. Working closely with all stakeholders including Brand, Creative, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Promotions, PR, Regional Marketing and other marketing teams to ensure we bring our very best brand and product experience to our users in new and existing markets at key times throughout the year. You'll be working with a passionate team and play a key role in executing marketing campaigns that reach and engage customers in new and existing markets. Responsibilities Support the Senior Campaign Manager in executing and tracking the progress of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on schedule and meet goals. Assist in the planning and execution of new product, game, and market launches, brand campaigns, and key sporting/casino events. Assist with the planning and execution of events, promotions, and partnerships that support the BetMGM brand and marketing initiatives. Assist in the creation and maintenance of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Ensure all marketing teams are aligned and prepared for go-live dates. Assist in coordinating with various marketing teams to ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns and initiatives. Act as a point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment across teams. Support development and implementation of marketing operations tools and processes to improve overall Marketing efficiency Essential Functions Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time Qualifications Minimum 5+ years in marketing, project management, or campaign coordination Project & Cross-Functional Leadership - possesses the skills, knowledge, and aptitude to engage, influence, and support all functions involved in the development of the assigned product/project. Strong communicator and effective interpersonal and collaborative skills Effective analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to deal with ambiguity: demonstrate ability to act in a changing environment. Effective change management skills. Experience using Workfront a plus The annual salary range for this position is $80000 to $95000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan. Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment. Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification. In addition, candidates must comply with and support the company's responsible gambling policies, procedures and initiatives.
