**Candidates must be able to go W2 with client** **Role is not going to move quickly through interviews due to a manager's travel schedule** *Description* *Overview:* We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Manager with 5 to 7 years of experience to help drive the growth of E-commerce in partnership with major retail clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and is passionate about influencing digital sales through strategic coordination and execution. *Key Responsibilities:* * Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales teams) and external agencies to execute E-commerce initiatives. * Coordinate marketing efforts across multiple channels including email, direct-to-consumer, social media, and retail platforms such as Amazon and Home Depot. * Leverage Shopify to support E-commerce growth, working closely with pricing and promotions teams to time campaigns based on market analysis. * Assist in enabling Shopify apps and features (no development required), and understand the importance of A/B testing and UX design in driving conversion. * Partner with creative and analytics teams to optimize digital assets and performance. * Help plan and execute promotional strategies aligned with seasonal trends and product performance. *Top Skills:* * Ecommerce Marketing strategy and channel marketing experience. * Digital project management and site merchandising. * MUST HAVE experience with the Shopify platform *Soft Skills & Culture Fit:* * Enthusiastic, collaborative, and goal-oriented mindset. * Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. * Strong communication and influence skills to drive E-commerce success. *Work Environment:* * Startup-like culture with a small, agile team. * Hybrid schedule: 3 days/week * Close collaboration with leadership and agency partners. *Employee Value Proposition:* * Opportunity to work with a passionate team and a company with a strong mission. * Contract-to-hire role with growth potential and leadership support. *Why This Role is Open:* * The team is expanding to reduce reliance on external agency partnerships and bring more E-commerce expertise in-house. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
