Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager of Accreditation with a strong technical background in information security, cybersecurity, digital systems, or artificial intelligence. This role involves both managing accreditation programs and conducting assessments of certification bodies against international standards.

You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of accreditation processes, supporting ANAB's clients, and collaborating across industries and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accreditation programs and client relationships.

  • Conduct assessments of certification bodies to international standards.

  • Ensure accreditation processes meet regulatory, quality, and ethical standards.

  • Apply project management, analytical, and communication skills to accreditation activities.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records.

  • Adapt to evolving standards, regulations, and client needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen sustainability-related certifications.

Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field.

  • 5+ years in conformity assessment, standardization, or quality assurance

  • Experience in project management and client support management.

  • A range of assessment (or auditing) experience.

  • Ability to lead teams and projects.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong keyboarding skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with diverse audiences.

  • Familiarity with accreditation programs, standards, and accredited conformity market landscape.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability under pressure.

Starting compensation will be in the $76,800 to $112,100 range, depending on location, education, experience, and other qualifications.
