Avion Solutions Inc., an employee-owned company, seeks candidates for a Operations Administrative Analyst to support the Aviation Engine Turbine Program Office. This position is based in Huntsville, AL. Job Responsibilities/Duties:
- Provides direct administrative and operational support to an O6-level project office within PEO Aviation.
- Distributes PEO AVN taskings via ETMS2. Assists with program briefings, document development, and Milestone Decision Documentation.
- Develops PowerPoint briefings and program communications, including fact sheets, brochures, flyers, posters, and multimedia productions.
- Aids in the preparation and publication of program communications, including technical documents and illustrations.
- Offers basic print support for office operations and assists in event planning and coordination.
- Manages a fast-paced workload, prioritizing tasks and overcoming technical challenges to meet tight deadlines.
- Engages proactively in communication and collaboration within the organization to meet deadlines.
- Serves as a point of contact for Records Management and attends routine project office meetings.
- Involvement in the onboarding process of personnel and maintaining accurate personnel records.
- Ensures compliance with regulations on handling PII data and maintains up-to-date office signage and floor plans.
- Strong written and communication skills with seven different divisions within PM ATE to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
- BA/BS degree
- Up to 3 years of experience
- Experience in providing administrative and operational support within a project office environment, preferably at an O6 level or equivalent.
- Familiarity with the distribution of taskings, possibly through systems like ETMS2 or similar.
- Experience in assisting with program briefings, document development, and Milestone Decision Documentation.
- Proficiency in developing PowerPoint briefings and program communications such as fact sheets, brochures, flyers, posters, and multi-media productions.
- Skill in the preparation and publication of program communications, including technical documents and illustrations, and basic print support for office operations.
- Experience in event planning and coordination.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced workload, prioritize tasks, and overcome technical challenges to meet tight deadlines.
- Proven track record of proactive communication and collaboration within an organization to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Records Management and routine project office meeting protocols.
- Experience in the onboarding process of personnel and maintaining accurate personnel records.
- Knowledge of regulations on handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and maintaining up-to-date office signage and floor plans.
- Must be a US Citizen and have/able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working within PEO Aviation or a similar military or government project office environment.
- Experience working with multiple divisions, specifically seven different divisions within PM ATE, to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with the specific requirements of working at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL, including in-office work mandates and travel requirements.
