Job Description Responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and physical structures within the facility. This role involves performing preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all systems and equipment operate safely and efficiently.Job Responsibilities & Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Skills and Abilities Education: High School Diploma or GED with over two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree or certificate from a technical or trade school is preferred. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, as well as industry and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA). Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used. Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained in compliance with health and safety standards. Assist in developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans. Technical Skills: Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or commercial setting. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Proficiency with a variety of hand and power tools, as well as precision measuring instruments. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Experience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. Reasoning Ability: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong attention to detail.
