Summary
Hospital Based NSA & Call Center NSA
Provides support services to hospital units through accurate data entry, record maintenance, and communication with patients and staff. Manages and updates patient information and preferences using computer systems. Processes and tracks patient requests and orders via electronic records. Coordinates with clinical teams to ensure timely follow-up and intervention when needed. Supports call center operations by handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting with patient inquiries, scheduling, and information verification. Maintains detailed logs and documentation for quality and compliance purposes. Facilitates communication between departments to ensure seamless service delivery and patient satisfaction.
Milk Lab NSA
Responsible for daily operations involving data management and inventory control of supplies. Performs accurate data entry and documentation using electronic medical records (EMR) and other computer systems. Processes orders, maintains compliance logs, and assists with quality control measures. Supports lab staff by managing receipt, processing, verification, and distribution workflows. Ensures all operational and sanitation standards are consistently met and documented.

Other Requirements
Working knowledge of principles of current clinical nutrition and patient care for all stages of the life cycle, ability to provide clear concise verbal and written instructions, good organizational skills, ability to work independently, completion of the clinical education program.
