Job Summary: The Valuation & Capital Market Analysis Associate is responsible for utilizing previously obtained educational background, along with established organizational and project management skills to successfully service clients of the Valuation & Capital Market Analysis group. In this role, the Associate will work within a team environment to actively assist in the analysis and resolution of client matters while taking direction and receiving guidance from experienced staff and management members. The Associate will be involved in all stages of client management including construction of valuation modeling, completion of industry and client research and analysis of financial statements. Job Duties:
- Performs company, industry, and economic research
- Performs benchmark analyses and assists with analytical tasks and projects
- Analyzes financial statements
- Constructs valuation models
- Assesses operational profitability and financial conditions
- Develops and reviews cash flow forecasts
- Navigates public company databases and filings
- Documents and ensures quality control of work product for assigned clients
- Composes appropriate narrative reports to support valuation analyses
- Develops exhibits and memos to illustrate complex issue
- Assists with project preparation and delivery
- Participates in external and internal client meetings
- Other duties as required
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Finance OR an MBA degree, required
Experience:
- Experience (internship or work study) in valuation, corporate finance, or accounting environment, preferred
License/Certifications:

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, required

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
