What To Expect as a Lindtern: Our twelve-week Lindternship program offers hands-on experience allowing undergraduate and graduate students to gain practical skills and contribute to projects that directly impact our business. During the summer, interns will be paired with a mentor, attend professional career development workshops/sessions and attend networking events to meet additional team members. Our Lindternship Program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders who are passionate, curious, and ready to make an impact in the premium chocolate industry.
