This leadership role is accountable for the operational and strategic management of multiple imaging modalities within Radiology (US/CT/MRI/Radiography/PET). The Manager provides direction through modality supervisors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, budget and productivity targets, accreditation readiness, and regulatory compliance. The Manager supports operational success by setting expectations, providing resources, and removing barriers for modality supervisors. Oversight areas include staff scheduling and assignments, payroll accuracy, staff training and development, protocol and policy updates, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, supply availability, vendor coordination, and policy enforcement. While these functions are carried out by supervisory and front-line staff, the Manager ensures they are completed effectively and steps in only when needed to address escalated issues or maintain service continuity. The Manager fosters a culture of excellence, represents Imaging Services in system-wide initiatives and external partnerships, and ensures readiness for multiple accreditations and regulatory reviews. Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $119,400 - $259,800 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $57.18 - $124.43 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). |
