Overview
We are seeking a SharePoint Analyst with strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform to join our growing team. This role will focus on SharePoint Online development and administration while evolving into a Power Platform-focused position, supporting business automation and application development across the enterprise. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate, and is passionate about building user-friendly solutions that enhance collaboration and business workflows. Experience with Power BI, PowerShell, and Microsoft Teams integration is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions Build and maintain custom workflows, forms, and business applications using Power Apps and Power Automate Create and manage data models to support business intelligence and reporting Assist with UI/UX design to improve usability and adoption of applications Utilize Power BI to develop dashboards and data visualizations (nice to have) Use PowerShell scripting for automation and system management (nice to have) Stay current with the latest SharePoint and Power Platform capabilities, trends, and certifications
3+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration (SharePoint Online required) Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate Familiarity with deploying Power Platform solutions into Microsoft Teams Strong knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, and RESTful Web APIs Understanding of data modeling and UI/UX design principles Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation Microsoft Power Platform certifications:
PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals): Entry-level certification, straightforward if you have some experience PL-400 (Power Platform Developer): Strong indicator of advanced, hands-on capability PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect): High-level expertise, demonstrating end-to-end solution knowledge
Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem best practices for security and governance
