Job Overview

The RCT Maintenance Process Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating maintenance processes, ensuring efficient workflow, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. This position combines process management expertise with maintenance operations oversight to optimize departmental performance and maintain operational excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all maintenance processes to ensure efficient workflow and quality standards
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures for maintenance operations
  • Analyze maintenance workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
  • Establish daily maintenance priorities and coordinate workflow assignments to optimize productivity
  • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all maintenance activities and process changes

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; 2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school
  • Knowledge acquired through 1 - 3 years of work experience
