Position summary:

Support the Corporate Compliance program and its supporting solutions.

Pay Range: $71,100 - $106,600 (This posting includes the full pay range for this position. Pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.)

Reporting Relationship: Corporate Compliance Senior Manager

Location: Our Company Headquarters in Rapid City, SD

Essential Functions:
* Determine and maintain an inventory of all decentralized corporate compliance requirements.
* Monitor performance of the corporate compliance program and related activities on a continuing basis.
* Identify, monitor, coordinate and track compliance activities of enterprise-wide compliance functions.
* Identify compliance control gaps and oversee the documentation, implementation, and testing of the enterprise compliance portfolio.
* Support the management and ongoing implementation of the Enterprise Records Compliance program.
* Develop effective training and communications on Records and Corporate Compliance related issues and activities.
* Participate in compliance department planning, project prioritization and administrative tasks.

Additional Responsibilities:
* Support and comply with corporate policies, goals and objectives.
* Support other compliance programs as directed.
* Other duties as assigned.

What Is Required:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, accounting, Finance or any relevant area of study or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit, risk, or compliance function.

What Is Desired:
* Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) credential
* General knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations.
* Preferred knowledge of corporate compliance and records & information management lifecycle requirements.
* Ability to provide effective communication/advice, guidance and support to internal and external customers at various levels.
* Ability to be self-directed and exercise independent judgment.
* Ability to solve complex problems and identify process improvements and provide alternatives for team consideration.
* Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and effectively prioritize work in progress.
* Demonstrated ability to adjust and adapt across varied working conditions and evolving business needs.
* Demonstrated strong ability to develop and maintain positive relationships (internal and external).
* Demonstrated strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
* Comfortable with technology and learning new systems and platforms.
