Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the Tampa Product Introduction (PI) Customer Site teams to ensure seamless warranty implementation activities, including troubleshooting, failure diagnosis, fleet checks, and field modifications. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Services, and Field Operations), manage workload planning and competency availability, and ensure compliance with Environment Health & Safety (EHS) rules and much more." We'll look to you for:
"You'll specifically take care of managing Tampa Product Introduction (PI) Customer Site teams performing Warranty Implementation activities (troubleshooting, failure diagnosis, fleet check, field modification, warehousing, etc.), but also providing support during the mobilization and implementation phase of the project, with potential travel to Tampa based on business needs.,
Deploying, managing, and enforcing the application of Alstom & customer EHS + security rules and relevant PI processes on customer site. ,
Managing the PI Customer Site team and its workload, ensuring availability of necessary/qualified competencies, and providing technical and administrative support for employees. ,
Ensuring contribution to Reliability Growth and Return of Experience (REX) through proper input of defect/failure management systems, coordinating and collaborating with PI interface teams, and conducting regular reporting. ,
Ensuring fleet availability according to contractual commitments and being responsible for restoring availability. ,
Executing the PI scope of activities at the customer site, including Commissioning and Validation support (if required). ,
Ensuring updates to the as-maintained configuration of products in the field until the end of the warranty period.
