Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate data life cycle management projects and data products executions globally to improve and progress clients to a world class data driven organization
  • Work closely with business and functional area leadership to improve alignment and collaboration around data management globally
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver of defined deliverables for multiple projects and program which requires engagement from teams across multiple organizations
  • Ensure execution and delivery meets the client expectations based on target outcome, timeline, and cost
  • Own financial for their projects and programs, assist with resource planning, and facilitate between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations
  • Establish and build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as compliance and risk
  • Work across multiple teams and organization to coordinate and facilitate project and program routines - e.g. kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
  • Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration to achieve the outcomes on time and within cost
  • Dependency management with robust risk mitigation routines and impediment removal
  • Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to expected outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
  • Ensure work delivered complies with enterprise change management standards
  • Track the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders
  • Oversee financials for GTS data spend against delivery commitment budget allocation
  • Track all risks from RTE / Program for appropriate documentation, evaluation, escalation and mitigation
  • Identify all SteerCo worthy risk escalation for GTS Data leadership in the assigned program
  • Coordinate all required AgilePlan estimates for assigned program after identification and specification by product management


Requirements:

  • 10-12 years' of applicable experience delivering AGILE software development projects
  • Ability to provide end-to-end oversight at the PMO standard level for assigned program and projects
  • Subject matter expert in enterprise change standards, financial management with a focus on execution and overall health
  • Experience preparing for and facilitating program level routines including pre and post release planning, risk and issue management for assigned project/program(s)
  • Experience partnering with program level technology leaders and architects to ensure solutions delivered align to defined strategy
  • Highly proficient in project management tools and applications including GPP or PPRT, PCM
  • Experience collaborating across business and technology teams to identify and mitigate risk and solve program level challenges
  • Experience with Agile principles and JIRA software
  • Able to communicate target outcomes, coordinate delivery, manage risks, ensure compliance to standards, and provide visibility into the health of their projects and programs


Desired skills:

  • Previous experience within the financial services industry
  • Previous experience with client enterprise change standards and enterprise tooling
  • Scale agile framework lean portfolio management and/or release train engineer certifications


Pay range: $54.54 - $62.54
