Maintenance Technician

CCCS Inc. is accepting applications for the following positions: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs maintenance and repair functions as directed. This responsibility also includes the performance of regular maintenance inspections and reporting the results. Understands preventative maintenance Facilitates and manages sanitation and hygiene policies and procedures.Provides snow removal to facilities Has the ability to learn new things and is able to work in a unique environment.KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 1. Strong organizational skills.2. Ability to work with the public and co-workers professionally and tactfully.3. Good physical condition to handle the physical labor required.Qualifications: 1. Experience in facility maintenance or related field.2. Valid Drivers License. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/DATA ENTRYESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS1. Provides data entry and support services for facility staff and program offenders. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed. Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent;Ability to type at least 50-wpm;Ability to perform data entry functions with minimal errors.Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
