As a Security Professional- - Unarmed Transporation Site - Full Time in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic transportation setting. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service to all individuals you encounter. You will communicate clearly and professionally, responding to incidents as they arise and assisting with inquiries to support a positive experience for everyone at the location. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the transportation facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and report any irregularities or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with team members and site management regarding incidents and daily activities.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.
• Assist with crowd control and/or directing individuals as necessary within the transportation location.
• Support emergency response activities and provide guidance to visitors and staff as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Primarily driving post is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
