We are hiring a Patient Support Analyst to support our healthcare customer in the New York City area. This role is a 6-month contract position covering a temporary leave. The analyst will assist patients with accessing MyChart, primarily handling password resets and troubleshooting login issues. The role also involves managing support tickets through the hospital's ServiceNow platform. This is a patient-facing support role that requires strong communication skills, quick critical thinking, and a high level of professionalism. *Skills* Customer service, Data integrity, Emr *Top Skills Details* Customer service,Data integrity,Emr *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Provide responsive and empathetic support to patients experiencing MyChart access issues. Perform password resets and guide patients through login troubleshooting. Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to patient portal access. Communicate clearly via phone, email, and chat to ensure patient satisfaction. Accurately document support interactions and resolutions. Collaborate with internal IT and clinical teams to escalate complex issues. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
