We're seeking a *Court Tools Support Specialist* who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems that matter. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for a suite of web-based tools used for certification, registration, and licensing. You'll work closely with stakeholders like judges, attorneys, and agency staff to ensure smooth operations and top-tier service delivery. *What You'll Do* * Be the first line of support for users navigating government technology platforms-answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding them through processes. * Provide support via phone, email, and occasionally in person, always aiming to minimize wait times and maximize satisfaction. * Track and document customer interactions using service management tools, escalating concerns when needed. * Manage payment processing and reconciliation in coordination with finance teams. * Review and validate user-submitted data for certifications, continuing education, and registrations. * Monitor dashboards and automated communications to proactively assist users and ensure timely completion of tasks. *Minimum Qualifications:* * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience supporting web-based applications or software platforms. * 3+ Years Customer Support (Phone support ideal) *Preferred Qualifications:* * Familiarity with the Georgia court system or similar government environments. * 2+ years in a call center or customer service role. * Experience with certification or licensing systems. *Why This Role Stands Out* * *Impactful Work*: Support systems that directly affect legal professionals and public service delivery. * *Collaborative Culture*: Work alongside dedicated professionals in a mission-driven environment. * *Growth Potential*: Build your career in government technology services with exposure to a wide range of tools and stakeholders. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
