About the role

We're seeking a Treasury Lead who will drive strategic initiatives and supportdaily cash management operations. In this role, you will lead end-to-end projects that increase efficiency, reduce risk, and align processes with company goals and industry best practices. You will manage and deepen banking relationships, work with internal teams and external vendors to design and implement solutions and oversee treasury systems and automation as a trusted subject-matter expert.

What you will do



  • Lead treasury projects and partner with stakeholders and vendors to deliver solutions such as new banking products, system upgrades, banking migrations, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement new banking products and services.
  • Serve as the primary contact for banking partners; lead fee analysis, quarterly reviews, and scorecards.
  • Manage bank account administration, including opening, closing, and maintaining accounts; oversee portals, user access, and signatory compliance.
  • Support daily cash management and wire processing activities.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to share best practices and strengthen controls, compliance, and overall treasury capability across the team.

Compensation

Salary Range: $93,900 - $156,600 plus eligibility for the company annual bonus program.

Who You Are:



  • High School Diploma is required, plus a Bachelor's degree in Business Mgmt., Finance, Accounting, or other related field.
  • 5+ years of direct treasury experience.
  • Strong understanding and experience implementing banking products; with strong expertise in the field of treasury management
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive); and experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and bank portals.
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and/or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred.
  • Insurance/financial services industry experience a plus
