RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Michael's House is currently seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant full time responsible for administrative support responsibilities related to operational needs.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to inspire our clients' confidence in both our staff and the MH Model of Treatment by exhibiting a high level of both knowledge and compassion. Essential Duties
* Cordially greet visitors and patients and proved assistance and direction as they enter the building
* Promptly responds to phone calls in a courteous and helpful manner
* Responsible for receiving and routing packages and mail, office supply ordering
* Primary liaison between Michael's House and FRN AP and Accounting

Education and Experience
* High School Degree or GED required.
* Minimum 2 years related experience.
* Valid California Driver's License.
