Job Details ChristianaCare, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare, is actively recruiting an experienced Primary Care Physician to join a growing practice in Southern Chester County, Pennsylvania. Here the right candidate will join/lead 4 primary care providers. Full-time Family Medicine and Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Physicians with an interest in a leadership are encouraged to apply! Primary Care Services/Responsibilities:
  • Preventive Care: Routine check-ups, health screenings, and wellness visits.
  • Physical Examinations: For school, work, or general health maintenance.
  • Immunizations: Vaccinations for children and adults.
  • Chronic Condition Management: Ongoing care for conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
  • Acute Illness Treatment: Care for sudden illnesses such as colds, flu, infections, and minor injuries.

Compensation & benefits package include:
  • Comprehensive and lucrative compensation plan, including base salary, multiple bonus incentives, loan repayment options including eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), plus sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

#LI-RC1 Annual Compensation Range $251,302.00 - $361,417.00 The above compensation range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting for full-time hours in the respective specialty. The actual compensation within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation the fair market value for physician services in the relevant specialty and the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, credentials, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. The compensation range listed may encompass various forms of applicable compensation for this position, including, but not limited to, productivity incentives, value-based incentives and other ancillary forms of compensation dependent upon operational factors such as hours worked, call coverage and other factors. ChristianaCare will offer compensation at an appropriate point within the above range or, less frequently, may offer a level of compensation outside the listed range as warranted by the circumstances.
