Description
Steelcase is hiring a Senior Global IT Auditor to join our global team by conducting value-added audits to ensure controls over the company's new and existing information technology is commensurate with technology risks, including cybersecurity and SOX modernization.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Three or more years of IT Audit or related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Analytics or similar technical field
  • Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Steelcase will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization and/or visas for this role.
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
  • CISA, CISSP or other relevant professional certification
  • Information technology or financial systems knowledge
  • SEC client or manufacturing experience
  • Proficient in data visualization, Tableau, programming and/or Python
What you will be doing:
Your goal in this position is to help the Global Internal Audit team identify risks and opportunities for improvement while becoming a trusted partner with the IT organization and build connections across the company.
As a part of the Global Internal Audit team, you will lead the execution of the internal audit plan and activities, which include:
  • Perform audits of systems processes and controls
  • Test Information Technology General Controls supporting the SOX program and external audit
  • Participate in the implementation of ERP systems across the company and its subsidiaries with a focus on compliance and control
  • Monitor the cybersecurity framework and collaborate with experts on cyber risks and controls
  • Develop compliance solutions around data through discovery of potential financial/operational risks and issues through audits of data architecture and quality
  • Develop your skills through specific trainings and broad experience across the company, creating opportunities for future rotations into another finance functional team
  • Act as the face of the global internal audit team when leading audit projects and facilitate the communication of audit reports with management
