A vibrant and welcoming parish community is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to support daily operations and ensure the smooth running of church activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, multitasking, and making a meaningful impact within a mission-driven environment. The Office Administrator will coordinate office activities, manage records, and support both parish leadership and community functions. Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm). Salary: $45,000-$55,000 a year (based on experience and skills)



  • Keep the office organized, efficient, and welcoming for parish members and visitors.
  • Coordinate directly with the parish priest, attending regular meetings and helping translate decisions into action.
  • Act as the main point of contact for vendors, service providers, tenants, volunteers, and committees.
  • Maintain parish records, including sacramental, financial, and administrative files.
  • Oversee the parish calendar, scheduling services, events, and building use.
  • Prepare weekly bulletins and newsletters (digital and print), ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
  • Handle routine office operations such as mailings, posting announcements, and updating bulletin boards.
  • Assist with financial tracking in collaboration with the treasurer and accounting firm, including expense reporting and contribution records.
  • Secure the building during office hours, ensuring the space is safe and properly maintained.
  • Operate common office equipment (scanners, fax machines, folding machines, laminator, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Handle mailings in line with bulk mailing guidelines.
  • Maintain tablets by installing software updates, keeping devices charged, and labeling them by booth.
  • Manage Square by updating items, pricing, and booth assignments.
  • Organize T-shirts by size and create a tracking sheet for volunteers to record which sizes they've taken
  • Comfortable with deadlines and capable of handling projects of varying size.
  • Professional communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of people.
  • Proficiency with computers and office systems.
  • A proactive, dependable, and detail-focused work style.
