Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 Date: December 2024 The Facility Maintenance Manager will oversee and lead the maintenance procedures of the building and facility grounds at the HNL Unit. Directs and coordinates the activities of maintenance employees with daily repair upkeep of the building and equipment's. This position will also assume responsibilities for the sanitation team, ensuring the cleanliness of the building, materials and equipment inside and out of the build is kept up to standards Essential Functions
Skills and Qualifications
Supervisory Responsibility This position has supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a flight operations environment, and this position will routinely use standard Airline Catering equipment. The facility is widely refrigerated and requires work inside refrigerated processing areas. Physical Demands The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and stand for long periods and reach with hands and arm. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time exempt position in a 24/7/365 work environment. Flexibility with weekdays, evenings and weekend required.
