Elevate your career in a fast-paced, high-impact role! As an Executive Talent Acquisition (ETA) Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of Cencora's efforts to attract top-tier leadership talent from around the globe. This critical role supports the Global Executive Talent Acquisition team by managing candidate interview logistics and coordinating executive search activities with precision and care. You'll deliver 'white glove' service to candidates, business leaders, and stakeholders, ensuring an exceptional, high-touch experience.

In this dynamic position, you'll collaborate with executive assistants, senior leaders, external search firms, and vendors to create a seamless search and hiring process that brings world-class leaders to Cencora. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, schedule and arrange the logistics for virtual and in-person interviews across Cencora and the individual segments. Lead engagement with the executive assistants of senior leaders, external and internal candidates and the recruiter responsible for the search.
  • Arrange candidate travel and accommodation for face-to-face interviews where necessary.
  • Greet, escort and act as host for candidates visiting Cencora headquarters for in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate all search briefings/debriefings and update meetings for executive search activity.
  • Support the team in creating specific executive search documents, templates, reports and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Assist with Workday requests and changes to roles, descriptions and offer management.
  • Provide additional administrative support such as invoice processing.
  • Support the Executive TA team with identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Maintain candidate and search records in the Executive CRM, Microsoft Teams pages and other systems.
  • Audit and manage candidate and requisition files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Other bespoke projects and requests that come from the team or business.
  • Ensure an outstanding and effortless candidate and hiring leader experience, anticipating needs and ensuring relevant documentation and information is provided.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and consistency at all times.

Requirements:

  • This role is onsite at our Conshohocken, PA headquarters.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a similar recruitment administration or coordination role gained within a fast paced, multinational organization. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ideally Workday, is essential.
  • Previous experience supporting senior leaders with a focus on administrative support and coordination.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, dealing with change and ambiguity.
  • Adept at handling sensitive and confidential information and situations.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with expertise in finding clarity in the perceived chaos.
  • Previous experience working extensively across multiple time zones in a multinational organization.
  • Calm under pressure with an approachable, collaborative working style.
  • Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills with ability to prioritize to effectively meet deadlines.
  • Able to collaborate with others to enhance existing ways of working.
  • Strong attention to detail with a hands-on approach and practical outlook on problem solving.
  • Excellent computer literacy including all Microsoft packages.
