Powder Coat Painter

Staffmark is seeking a skilled Powder Coat Painter to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Pinckard, AL. If you have 1-2 years of powder coating or painting experience and enjoy hands-on work, this could be your next career move!

Pay & Schedule:

• $14 per hour
• 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Prepare parts for coating and load/unload parts
• Operate coating equipment and bake parts at proper temperatures
• Ensure all components are produced and coated efficiently
• Perform proper cleaning and light maintenance of equipment
• Operate a forklift and assist with other tasks as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of powder coating/painting experience preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic mechanical, electrical, and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Supervisory experience or lead role preferred
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
