In this role, you'll meet customers in their homes, provide expert flooring solutions, and earn uncapped commissions with performance-based bonuses while building long-term customer relationships.

What You'll Do:

• Meet with customers in their homes to recommend and sell flooring products based on their needs
• Use pre-qualified leads and your own prospecting to generate new sales opportunities
• Perform product demonstrations and provide expert advice
• Foster professional relationships and maintain excellent customer service
• Accurately record appointments, sales activity, and follow-ups

What We're Looking For:

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with space for flooring samples
• Comfortable taking samples into customer homes
• Ability to attend in-person and virtual sales meetings and training sessions
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Self-motivated to achieve monthly sales targets
• Ability to use electronic tablets, measuring tools, and sample boards
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills

Compensation & Schedule:

• 100% commission with performance-based bonuses
• Expected first-year earnings: $50,000-$70,000, top performers earn $100k+
• Flexible schedule, evenings and weekends required
