Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM OR 3:30 PM - Midnight

Training: Must be available to train on the 1st shift

Pay: $17.00 per hour

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll be part of a high-performing team committed to delivering safe, high-quality products on time. Your responsibilities will include:

• Following company safety, quality, and environmental standards at all times
• Participating in continuous improvement activities to enhance safety, product quality, cost, and delivery
• Using gauges, micrometers, and calipers to ensure products meet specifications
• Recording machine, product, and delivery data in computer systems or on paper
• Meeting daily targets for safety, quality, and productivity
• Assisting with basic machine and tooling upkeep using common hand tools
• Supporting teammates and other departments as needed to meet customer demands

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift 40-50 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable wearing PPE and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Basic computer knowledge is a plus
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
