Warehouse Material Handler

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Material Handler in Manor, TX! Join a fast-paced manufacturing team and gain hands-on experience while supporting the Weld Shop with essential warehouse and production tasks. Enjoy opportunities for overtime, growth, and a supportive work environment.

Pay: $18.00/hr

Shift: 1st shift, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM with overtime opportunities until 4:30 PM

As a Warehouse Material Handler, you'll support the Weld Shop with essential tasks such as cleaning, bagging, labeling, leak checks, and inventory management. This hands-on role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy organized, repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, label, and bag gas lines and weldments
• Perform leak checks and Type 1 Chem Clean (alkaline wash)
• Maintain inventory, audit parts, and restock Vendor Managed Inventory
• Process and print barcode labels; manage data in ERP and KPI systems
• File and maintain manufacturing documentation
• Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scales safely
• Assist with other duties as needed, including inventory research and organization

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Forklift certification and driver's license as required
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Manufacturing experience a plus; material handling or ERP experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform repetitive bending and twisting, and work safely around mechanical parts and chemicals
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
