Channel Sales Operations Manager We are seeking a highly motivated Channel Sales Operations Manager to partner closely with our Channel Leader as a trusted advisor. This role will be instrumental in shaping the operational backbone of our channel business, driving efficiency, alignment, and growth across all partner motions. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus). * 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Channel Operations, or related roles within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment. * Strong understanding of sales operations disciplines including forecasting, pipeline management, territory/quota design, and performance reporting. * Hands-on experience with PRM, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and other sales tech stack tools; ability to design scalable processes and drive adoption. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. * Collaborative mindset, with driving alignment across global and regional teams.
