POSITION SUMMARY The Director of Ancillary Products & Strategy is responsible for driving revenue growth across the ancillary product portfolio through pricing, vendor partnerships, digital merchandising, and strategic project management. This role leads the development and execution of product strategies that maximize profitability, enhance customer value, and expand distribution across direct and third-party channels. The director collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, digital, IT, finance, and vendor partners to ensure ancillary products are positioned, priced, and delivered effectively in all customer touchpoints. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ancillary Product Strategy & Performance
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize ancillary penetration, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with finance to optimize pricing for margin and competitive value.
- Provide regular performance reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Vendor & Partnership Management
- Oversee vendor relationships and evaluate new product/partnership opportunities.
- Ensure vendor agreements deliver both revenue and customer experience benefits.
- Digital & Merchandising Leadership
- Partner with marketing and digital teams to optimize merchandising across web, app, and email.
- Leverage testing, personalization, and conversion optimization tactics to drive digital product performance.
- Collaborate with sales and partnerships to expand ancillary distribution on third-party platforms.
- Project Management & Implementation
- Partner with IT and operations to launch new products, functions, and processes.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives that enhance both revenue and customer experience.
