The Role

As Senior Manager within the Lumen Transformation Office (LTO) Orchestration team, you will play a critical role in delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that support Lumen's executive priorities. Reporting to the Director of LTO Orchestration, you will lead workstreams, manage governance processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic initiatives are executed with discipline and impact. This role requires a strong program manager with high influence capabilities, structured problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving change.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable workplans and execution roadmaps
  • Identify cost-out and efficiency opportunities through structured analysis and stakeholder engagement
  • Support the development of value capture strategies and ensure alignment with business unit goals
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams and contribute to a high-performance team culture
  • Provide coaching and feedback to junior team members and peers
  • Support capability building in strategic thinking, agile execution, and stakeholder management
  • Manage governance processes including milestone tracking, KPI reporting, and initiative health assessments
  • Escalate risks and intervene in bottlenecked initiatives to maintain momentum
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • Undergraduate degree required; Master's or MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or enterprise program management
  • Strong program management and governance experience
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to influence across levels
  • Proven ability to structure complex problems and deliver actionable solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors

Location Based Pay Ranges

$129,639 - $172,852 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$136,121 - $181,494 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$142,603 - $190,137 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA
