Program Director

$3,000 Bonus Offered!

Location: Lowell, MA. Inpatient treatment program

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Pay Rate: $90,000-$93,000/annually

The Program Director:

• is responsible for the overall programmatic and administrative operations for the program
• provides supervision and support to designated program staff to ensure that the program is in compliance with the regulatory and accreditation standards
• must be able to work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• * Masters degree in social work, counseling, or closely related field preferred, BA/BS degree and experience can be substituted
• * Recognized clinical license or certification preferred
• * Experience working with DPH licensing requirements preferred
• * Three years of management and/or supervisory experience in a substance abuse or mental health residential program preferred
• * Three years of supervised counseling experience preferred
• * Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
• * Must have excellent verbal, social and writing skills
• * Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies
• * Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff and regulatory agencies
