The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, experience in achieving high academic performance, experience in creating academic equity, and sound school finance and business management. The following qualifications will be considered in the search process: Central Office Administrative Experience Curriculum Development/Implementation Experience K-12 Administrative Experience Knowledge of Educational Technology Best Practices Experience in Community Engagement Activities Experience in School building and/or consolidation Sound Fiscal Management PA superintendent letter of eligibility required at time of employment.
