The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Overview:

An Entuity System Analyst supports the Entuity System Administrator and is responsible for the administration of the Entuity application, support Operations and Messaging teams as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all application functions required by the Entuity admins
  • Performs file transfers to vendors when requested
  • Works with vendor on system outages
  • Ensure immediate escalation of production issues to the Director and VP in the absence of the director
  • Support Operations team as needed
  • Continue the over flow of accounts meaning create and modify account access as needed
  • Manages all documentation and processes for Operation team
  • Attend meetings as needed
  • Travel to WODC to perform inventory, assist with BMS vendor and any other functions assigned by Director

Job Specific Requirements

  • Continue the over flow of accounts meaning create and modify account access as needed
  • Ensure immediate escalation of production issues to the Director and VP in the absence of the director.
  • Install, update and Maintain CDC and WODC rack mounted PDU's. This includes cabling and configuring the PDU.
  • Maintain and update PDU application and inventory.
  • Manages all documentation and processes for Operation team
  • Perform all application functions required by the Entuity admins
  • Performs file transfers to vendors when requested
  • Responsible for CDC and WODC data center inventory
  • Support Operations team as needed
  • Train co-workers to be able to assist and cover in his absence.
  • Travel to WODC to perform inventory, assist with BMS vendor and any other functions assigned by Director
  • Works with vendor on system outages

EDUCATION:

  • A High school diploma, Data Processing/Operational Support School or equivalent. 0-1 year(s) of IT experience.
