Your Job Flint Hills Resources, LP has a lot of exciting energy around our growth and new initiatives. We are pleased to be adding a Project Controls Associate to the Project Controls Team located onsite in Rosemount, MN at the FHR Pine Bend Refinery. Associate will complete a 13-month rotation program through various capabilities within Project Controls including Cost Engineering, Scheduling, and Project Estimating to gain a well-rounded understanding of the refinery operations and guide your career development. Associate will also partner with Team Based Projects and Construction Management in the development and delivery of Capital Projects and Turnarounds from conceptual phase through construction. Once the rotational program has been completed, Associate will be assigned to a permanent position that aligns with business needs and individual comparative advantage in 1 of the 3 capabilities. For this role, we anticipate paying $75,000 - $100,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
