Your Job

Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to support manufacturing operations at our New Richmond, WI location. In this position, you will coordinate contractor services, oversee critical building automation systems such as Johnson Controls, and manage a wide range of maintenance functions - from fire safety systems to grounds care and cleaning services. This role offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on leadership and operational impact within a dynamic work environment.

Shift: 1st, M-F, 7am - 4pm

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate and obtain quotes from facility contractors; manage contractor schedules and work quality.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Johnson Controls building automation systems.
  • Oversee fire pump and fire alarm services to ensure compliance and functionality.
  • Supervise irrigation, lawn care, snow removal, and grounds maintenance services.
  • Manage cleaning services and cardboard recycling stream initiatives.
  • Coordinate canteen vending, water cooler, and coffee services.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute facility Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs.
  • Coordinate pest control services to align with facility requirements.
  • Direct and assist facility technicians in daily operations and special projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 1+ year of experience in facilities maintenance
  • Experience in troubleshooting basic mechanical and electrical systems

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Previous supervisory or lead experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or Engineering
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance related to facility operations
