Are You Our Next Service Support Specialist



If you thrive in a customer service environment and enjoy problem-solving, this is the role for you! Atlas Copco is seeking a dedicated Service Support Specialist to play a key role in assisting our external customers with inquiries and resolving issues related to product orders. This position involves coordinating work requests with our Repair Centers and ensuring seamless order processing



How You'll Make an Impact:



  • Review contracts to ensure accurate entry of quotes and Purchase Orders in the Service Spirit Dashboard when creating work orders.
  • Conduct final reviews in the Spirit Dashboard to close work orders and generate customer invoices.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing clear and accurate updates on order status.
  • Develop expertise in the Spirit database and SAP business system to support efficient order processing.
  • Monitor open service orders, ensuring no unresolved issues with jobs older than 45 days.
  • Request new part numbers for SAP and Spirit database entry.
  • Proactively follow up on open orders awaiting parts, coordinating with PTD or local vendors to expedite status.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate notes in the Spirit system to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Collaborate with site Team Leaders to follow up on Spirit status updates and resolve any discrepancies



You will report directly to the Service Support Supervisor and work a schedule of Monday through Friday 7:30am-3:30m. This position requires you to work out of the Louisville office 4 days a week, with 1 day a week remotely.


To succeed, you will need

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
