  • Analyze packaging workflows and equipment performance, identifying opportunities to improve line efficiency, reduce downtime, lower costs, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve packaging process issues including line stoppages, equipment malfunctions, and packaging quality defects. Lead root cause investigations, propose corrective actions, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot packaging machinery and systems (bottling, blistering, labeling, serialization/aggregation) in real time, developing and testing potential solutions in a safe, controlled environment to minimize production impact.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret packaging performance data such as OEE, reject rates, downtime, and throughput.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for management review and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and manage packaging process improvement projects, including line upgrades, format/tooling changes, and serialization/aggregation integration. Develop project plans with clear timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Validation, and Maintenance) to ensure packaging processes align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
  • Support serialization and aggregation programs across four levels (unit, bundle, case, pallet), ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements and successful data integration with track-and-trace systems.
  • Stay current on packaging technologies, materials, and best practices, applying industry innovations to continuously improve packaging line performance, flexibility, and compliance.
