Scope:

The Application/Development Engineer focuses on development and support of our production software applications. This role requires a strong background in SQL, application development, attention to detail and excellent communications skills.

Required Skills:

* Knowledge of SQL Server database design, stored procedures, administration

* Experience with the Agile development process

* Strong problem-solving skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment

* Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)

* Experience with software design patterns and principles

* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in technology and project requirements

Responsibilities:

* Develop, modify, and maintain software applications

* Write and maintain code documentation

* Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable software solutions

* Identify and troubleshoot defects and production issues

* Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

* Ensure adherence to coding and quality standards

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

* Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience

* Experience with WPF and ASP.NET is required

* Demonstrated experience with C# and SQL Server

* Previous experience with Agile development methodologies is strongly preferred.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
