Job Summary:

The SharePoint Engineer designs and supports SharePoint Online solutions for collaboration and document management. Automates workflows and integrates Power Platform tools.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Represent the key front-end aspects of the MFR platform.
• Responsible for the design, implementation, development, maintenance, and support of MFR SharePoint Online collaborative environment and automated process tool development.
• Responsible for the design, maintenance, and support of SharePoint Online (SPO) pages, workflows, and automated solutions within the SPO Hubs assigned to client and its four Major Subordinate Commands (MSC).
• Support MFR's IM/KM robust SharePoint environment consisting of 32 site collections with approximately 30 sites, dozens of SharePoint solutions, workflows, and numerous pages per collection.
• Support this always-on availability environment supports close to 100,000 users and encompasses upwards of 1.5TB of SharePoint Data.
• On average annually, IM/KM programming cycle includes 3-4 major projects (greater than four weeks in the development phase) and 8 minor project (under two weeks) that range from cosmetic modifications to other minor recommendations due to business process changes or new review/approval workflows.

Minimum Requirements:

• CompTIA Sec+ certification.
• Minimum 3 Years of experience in development of SharePoint environment.
• Experience with M365 solutions.
• SharePoint Framework (SPFx): Proficiency in SPFx for building custom solutions.
• Understanding of developing, customizing, and deploying SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Foundation, Microsoft SQL databases, VB.Net (Visual Basic) applications, ASP.NET/C# applications, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Client-Side Development: Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js.
• Power Platform Integration: Using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI with SharePoint.
• SharePoint Online and On-Premises: Understanding both SharePoint Online and On-Premises architecture and functionalities.
• Workflows and Automation: Developing and managing workflows using tools like Nintex and Power Automate.
• Data Management: Efficient handling of lists, libraries, and content types.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolves issues within the SharePoint environment.
• Project Management: Managing development projects, including planning, executing, and delivering on time.
• User Experience Design: Creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

Security Clearance:

• DoD Active SECRET Level Clearance Required.

Travel Requirement:

• Approximately 10% - 15%
