The Director of Finance provides financial support to Zone leadership. Responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost/profit improvement initiatives, management reporting and controls, and compliance with company policies and procedures.



Your Impact

Duties include, but are not limited to:

    Provide leadership with routine and ad hoc financial reporting focused on identifying underlying business trends, and partner directly with local-level management to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze financial and operational data, and develop financial models used to guide business decisions
  • Assist Corporate Finance with monthly/quarterly financial close processes, including review of key estimates, annual inventory, cost allocations, etc.
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to Zone leadership, translating financial insights into actionable business strategies
  • Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts in partnership with field leadership
  • Prepare and deliver formal presentations of financial results to senior management
  • Collaborate with field leaders to identify opportunities to improve costs, including materials, labor, and operating expenses
  • Assist leadership in analysis of potential acquisitions. Assist with post-acquisition integration activities
  • Prepare journal entries, as needed, to appropriately allocate expenses across clinics


Minimum Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or similar field. MBA, and/or CPA preferred
  • Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience, multi-site business experience preferred

  • Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and effectively meet deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy in financial analysis, reporting and documentation
  • Proficiency in Windows-based office technologies (ex. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Oracle SmartView, or comparable software
  • Willingness to travel periodically, 4-5 times a year
